Overview
This heat-treated grade provides higher hardness, additional tensile, yield, and compressive strength, and better fatigue values than MTEK 175. It has bonus wear resistance and a reduced friction coefficient.
Typical Uses
Bearings and bushings, liners, inserts, nuts, gears, marine propulsion, pickling equipment, and wear-resistant parts. It's also a frequent choice for aircraft parts and die set bushings.
