  • Overview

    Precision heat treatment makes this alloy the ultimate in high strength aluminum bronze. Used for the toughest jobs, it provides very good wear and abrasion resistance, along with good bearing qualities and good elongation. It resists squashing and deformation, even under heaviest loads.

  • Typical Uses

    Applications subject to extremely heavy loads, such as heavy-duty bushings, worm gears, steel mill screw down nuts, marine propulsion, and other parts where wear resistance is needed. It is also used in aircraft landing gears and machine tools.
