Wisconsin Investcast: Investment Casting for High-Compliance Markets
Wisconsin Investcast is an integrated and highly-automated investment casting foundry and metal additive manufacturer that produces critical metal components for a range of demanding industries. Our investment castings range from just ounces to some of the largest in the world, with cast weights exceeding 2,000 lbs. (907 kg) and ship weights up to 1,000 lbs. (454 kg). Wisconsin Investcast also offers additive metal components with dimensions up to 12.4 in. (315 mm) diameter and 15.75 in. (400 mm) height. Every component we manufacture has fine detail and tight tolerances to exact customer specifications.
Our integrated alloy and manufacturing process expertise provides favorable lead times and consistent quality for customers in high-compliance markets such as aerospace, defense, energy, and food processing. A range of certifications including ISO 9001:2015, MIL-I-45208, and Nadcap demonstrate Wisconsin Investcast's ability to meet the unique demands of all the markets that we serve. Investments in technologies such as additive manufacturing and vacuum investment casting ensure that we will continue to push the limits of what is possible for the world's most demanding applications.
